At the board meeting held on July 26, 2024, the board of directors deliberated and approved (1) the proposal to appoint Mr. Zhao Zhuo as secretary of the board of directors of the company, whose term will last from the date on which this proposal is approved until the expiration of the eighth term of the board of directors; and (2) the proposal to appoint Ms. Wu Jun as the company's company secretary and authorized representative, whose term will last from the date on which this proposal is approved until the date when the board of directors dismisses her from her position.
