According to the announcement released by China Testing & Certification International Group (603060.SH), the 6th meeting of the 5th board of directors will be held on July 26, 2024. During the meeting, the proposal of appointing Yang Jinghong as the CFO of the company was approved based on the nomination by the general manager of the company, the nomination committee of the board of directors and the audit committee as well as the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Company's Articles of Association. Yang Jinghong will serve as the CFO for the same term as the 5th board of directors.
