Hengshen Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Dongxin Coking Co., Ltd., and Pingdingshan Nylon City Construction Investment Co., Ltd. have not fulfilled their contributions. Our company has made a contribution of 1 million yuan, which will be used for the project establishment expenses and pre-project costs of Henan Shenma Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. Pingdingshan Jinhua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. plans to accept the subscription rights of Hengshen Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Pingdingshan Dongxin Coking Co., Ltd., and Pingdingshan Nylon City Construction Investment Co., Ltd. to hold 30%, 25%, and 10% equity of Henan Shenma Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. respectively, free of charge, and acquire the subscription rights of 65% equity corresponding to the subscribed capital of 130 million yuan. Our company waives the priority right to accept the transaction. After the completion of this transaction, Pingdingshan Jinhua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. will hold 65% equity of Henan Shenma Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd., while our company still holds 35% equity of Henan Shenma Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. The shareholding ratio has not changed, and Henan Shenma Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of our company.
