AAC Tech (02018.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AAC Investment, indirectly acquired 60.1764 million and 35.1029 million shares of optical stock from Shenzhen Huiyou and Nanjing Huari, respectively, which is equivalent to approximately 0.889% and 0.5186% of the total optical stock, involving a capital of approximately RMB 149 million and 87 million yuan.

After the completion of the transaction, Shenzhen Huiyou and Nanjing Huari will no longer hold any shares of optical stock, while Chenrui Optical will be indirectly owned by AAC Tech through AAC Consultancy, AAC Hong Kong, and AAC Investment with a total holding of approximately 89.6696%; The stock-based incentive holding platform of Chenrui Optical holds 2%, and the remaining three investors and shareholders of Chenrui Optical collectively hold approximately 8.3304%.
