7月25日周四，美股三大股指涨跌不一。道指跌0.1%，标普500指数涨0.1%，纳指涨0.1%。

新东方跌约4%，董宇辉离职，7659万买走与辉同行100%股权。福特汽车跌约14%，公司二季度利润剧减26%远逊预期，全年指引未上修。半导体股多数下跌，美光科技跌约3%。IBM涨约2%，公司二季度营收超预期，称生成式AI带来超20亿美元订单。
