According to the strategic cooperation framework agreement, the two sides agreed to establish a strategic partnership, give full play to the complementary advantages of their respective technical resources, market resources and service resources, and jointly build a specialized and market-oriented technical service alliance to promote the common development of technical services and R&D systems between the two sides. In particular, the two sides will focus on integrating the information technology (IT) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions of Meigaoyu Group Co., Ltd. with the company's interactive AI solutions (including integrated communication technology) to jointly develop domestic and overseas markets and enhance each other's international influence and brand image.

Meigaoyu Group Limited is a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Code: 1985). It mainly provides IT infrastructure solution services and IT infrastructure management services in Hong Kong, China. MGM Group Limited is a shareholder of the company and currently has an interest in 0.065 million H shares (0.18% of the total number of issued shares, assuming that the over-allotment rights have not been and will not be exercised).
