On July 25th, Geelong announced its unaudited financial report for the second quarter of 2024. The net revenue for the second quarter of 2024 was 140.238 billion TWD, a year-on-year increase of 2.9% and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 5.6%. The gross margin for this quarter was 16.4%, up from 15.7% in the first quarter of 2024. The total net income attributed to shareholders was 7.783 billion TWD for this quarter, compared to 7.74 billion TWD in the same period last year. The basic earnings per share for this quarter were 1.80 TWD (or 0.112 USD per American depositary receipt), compared to 1.80 TWD in the same period last year. Diluted earnings per share for this quarter were 1.75 TWD (or 0.109 USD per American depositary receipt), compared to 1.76 TWD in the same period last year.

Net income for the packaging business, testing business, electrical components services (EMS) business, and other businesses accounted for approximately 45%, 9%, 45%, and 1% of the total net income for this quarter, respectively.
