On July 24, 2024, the company (i) cancelled the 2.956 million award shares granted to certain unrelated grantees under the 2021 share award plan and (ii) grant 2.956 million new bonus shares to such unrelated grantees under the 2023 share award plan to replace the cancelled grant under the 2021 share award plan (subject to acceptance by the grantor). The newly awarded 2.956 million bonus shares will be partially satisfied by issuing 0.73 million new H shares within the authorized limit of the plan, and partly through existing H shares already issued under the 2023 share award scheme.
