According to the announcement by Zhengyuan Dixin (688509.SH) on July 19 to July 22, 2024, shareholder Ningbo Zhongdixin One Investment Management (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as 'Ningbo Zhongdixin') accumulated shareholding reduction of 1.797 million shares of the company through block trade, accounting for 0.2334% of the total share capital of the company. After this reduction, Ningbo Zhongdixin's shareholding in the company accounts for 5% of the total share capital, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares.
