Tests have found that the full-time limit for express delivery services in the second quarter of 2024 is 53.07 hours, a decrease of 0.92 hours from the same period last year. Among them, for each stage, the average time limit for the sending location processing stage is 8.10 hours, an increase of 0.27 hours from last year; the average time limit for the transportation stage is 32.42 hours, a decrease of 1.19 hours from last year; the average time limit for the arrival location processing stage is 9.66 hours, an increase of 0.06 hours from last year; and the average time limit for the delivery stage is 2.88 hours, a decrease of 0.07 hours from last year (part of the data has been rounded).
The 72-hour on-time delivery rate is 84.72%, an increase of 0.5 percentage point year on year. Among the different brands, the brands with the higher 72-hour on-time delivery rate are SF Express and ZTO Express.
