Texwinca Hold (00321.HK) announced that it received notice from the family of executive director Wu Wuping on Monday (22nd) that according to the applicable laws and regulations of China, Wu Wuping is assisting the public security organs under the jurisdiction of Fujian Province to investigate and temporarily unable to perform the duties of the group.

As far as the Group knows, this incident is not related to any business of the Group, but is purely a private and personal matter of Wu Wuping. During the period when Wu Wuping failed to perform his duties in the Group, all other executive directors of the company will continue to manage the Group and assume their responsibilities.
