Asiapac Financial Investment (08193) announced that on July 23, 2024, the company (as the issuer) and subscribers signed a subscription agreement, and the subscribers have agreed to subscribe at the subscription price, while the company has agreed to issue a total of 46.63 million shares of subscription shares at the subscription price.

Assuming that there is no change in the company's issued share capital from the date of this announcement to the completion date, the subscribed shares will account for approximately 16.66% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company after the allotment and issue of subscription shares. The subscription price of HKD 0.1 per share represents a discount of approximately 9.09% to the closing price of HKD 0.11 per share quoted on the SEHK on July 23, 2024.
