Mapleleaf Education (01317) announced that on July 22, 2024, the company's indirect subsidiary, CIS Pt..., entered into a regular loan financing agreement with the lender (as the borrower), including a total of up to 0.28 billion Singapore dollars (approximately 1.626 billion Hong Kong dollars) in regular loan financing. The final maturity date is five years after the date of the regular loan financing agreement. The proceeds from the regular loan financing will be used for the full refinancing of the Group's existing debts (including any outstanding amounts under or related to the transitional regular loan financing agreement) and the costs and expenses related to the regular loan financing.
