On July 22nd, Gelunhui reported that Little Yellow Duck Daying (02250.HK) announced that, after further consultation and discussion with Dream Workshop, considering the changes in Dream Workshop's capital use plan and macroeconomic environment, Dream Workshop decided to stop the subscription. On July 22, 2024, the company and Dream Workshop entered into a termination and cancellation contract. Accordingly, the contracting parties agreed to (i) terminate the subscription agreement immediately; (ii) release each other from all obligations and liabilities arising from the subscription agreement or based on the subscription agreement; and (iii) neither party may make any claim against the other party in relation to the subscription agreement thereafter.
