In July 2024, the company has sought three external consultants to provide opinions on the development and project management, plan design and construction drawing design of the potential further development of the land. The Company anticipates that such independent third party professionals will conduct a full and in-depth study of the overall planning and execution plans for potential further developments.
The land is located south of Xingye Road, Nancun Town, Panyu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It covers a total area of 0.1371 million square meters. The term of the right to use Class I industrial land (M1) is 50 years from 2007.
According to the announcement, the land is located in a prime location in Panyu, Guangzhou, in the supporting area of the Guangzhou Science and Technology Group hosted by the Guangzhou University City Science and Technology Achievement Transformation Center, and is close to Guangzhou South Railway Station about 20 kilometers (about 30 minutes by car) and a convenient transportation network. Furthermore, the current sales price and/or rent for Class 1 industrial land (M1) in Panyu District is lower than in other prime locations such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen, making it attractive to local entrepreneurs close to the Science and Technology Cluster Supporting Area, the south bank of Guangzhou University, and the Guangzhou International Campus of South China University of Technology.
