On July 22nd, Gelunhui reported that Kin Pang Hldgs (01722.HK) issued an announcement that on July 22, 2024, the buyer (Kin Pang Architecture Engineering Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the seller (BAUER Equipment Hong Kong Limited, a limited company registered and established in Hong Kong) entered into the agreement related to the acquisition of equipment, at a price of approximately 1.62 million euros (equivalent to approximately 14.087 million Macau dollars). The equipment to be acquired is the new MC96 crawler-type foundation crane.

The group plans to use the equipment for architecture engineering projects to improve the group's construction capabilities and efficiency. The acquisition of the equipment is expected to help the company meet its increasing demand for architecture engineering projects and enable it to undertake more large-scale projects.
