Zijing Intl Fin (08340) announced that, as of the record date and except for the excluded shareholders, the unsubscribed shares of the offering have been subscribed for a total of 0.343 billion shares (equivalent to approximately 76.6% of the total number of shares issued under the offering). By the deadline of 4:00 p.m. on July 15, 2024 (Monday), a total of five valid applications have been received. According to an irrevocable undertaking, Mr. Li has subscribed for 69.395 million shares of the provisionally allocated shares. The remaining 0.105 billion shares of unsubscribed shares of the offering will be subject to compensation arrangements.
In accordance with Rule 10.31(1)(b) of the GEM Listing Rules, the company has arranged to sell the 0.105 billion shares of unsubscribed shares of the offering through the independent placing agent, benefiting the shareholders who received the offer due to the offering.
