After the netizen called the national customer service hotline of Haidilao to complain, the staff of Haidilao said that they did not check the bill carefully and thought it was the customer at the neighboring table who ordered the drinks, and finally refunded the self-chosen drink fee of 14 yuan RMB to the netizen.

However, another netizen questioned Haidilao for inducing sales, as the staff asked directly whether they wanted sour plum soup or soy milk every time they visited, but did not mention that it would be charged separately.
