Fragrance brand management company Ying Tong Holdings submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (00388.HK), with joint sponsors Farva and Citic Securities. The preliminary prospectus stated that as of July 11th of this year, Ying Tong manages a total of 63 brands, including Hermes, Van Cleef & Arpels, Chopard, Albion, and Laura Mercier. The company has over 7,500 physical sales outlets in more than 400 cities in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. In addition to physical sales channels, the company also sells products online through e-commerce and social media platforms in mainland China and Hong Kong and Macau.

Financially, as of the end of March 2024, the company's net profit for the 2024 fiscal year was RMB 0.206 billion, an increase of 19.3% year-on-year. During the same period, revenue was RMB 1.86 billion, a year-on-year increase of 9.7%.
