ESR (01821.HK) announced that, as part of the acquisition of ARA Asset Management in 2021, the company indirectly acquired 86.4% equity of LOGOS Property. The remaining 13.6% equity of LOGOS is held by its three founders, John Edward Marsh, Trent Alexander Iliffe, and Stephen Hawkins.

According to the revised agreement, three years after the completion of the ARA trade, the company will acquire the LOGOS founder's equity at the fair market value at that time. The company has completed the acquisition of Stephen Hawking's partial LOGOS founder's equity on June 20th of this year. Currently, further discussions are being held with other LOGOS founders, namely John Edward Marsh and Trent Alexander Iliffe, regarding shareholding arrangements.
