According to Securities Times, the head of Didi's customer service responded by verifying that this abnormality was caused by the driver using black-hat software to modify the vehicle's location, resulting in corresponding changes to the order's distance and amount. After the passenger complained, platform customer service contacted the driver for verification and relayed the driver's clearly unreasonable statement; the anti-cheating team subsequently identified the abnormality in the billing and banned the driver, but due to issues such as information synchronization and incomplete investigation, they were unable to resolve the passenger's dilemma in a timely manner. The passenger has been given a free ride, and the driver has been banned for cheating, and the company has apologized sincerely to the passenger.
