Magnusconcordia (01172.HK) announced on July 19th that Xu Jianfeng has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as no longer serving as a member of the nomination committee, the remuneration committee, the chairman and member of the audit committee due to work arrangement changes. The board of directors announced that Wang Ping has been appointed as the independent non-executive director of the company, which will take effect from July 20, 2024.
