Nandasoft (08045.HK) announced on July 18th that due to further delays in the publication of the 2023 annual performance report in order to consider and through (including) the board of directors meeting of the 2023 annual performance, the company will issue further announcements in a timely manner to inform shareholders of the relevant board of directors meeting dates.

The company has closely collaborated with various professional parties (including but not limited to legal advisors, valuation experts, and auditors) in order to complete the audit procedures and publish the financial results that have not yet been published as soon as possible. Based on the current development of the necessary information and documents collected and arranged from its subsidiary companies according to the requirements of the auditors, it is expected that, provided that no unforeseen circumstances arise, and assuming that the audit procedures will be completed by the end of October 2024, the financial results will be published before the end of October 2024. The company will do its best and seek to restore its shares to be traded on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as soon as possible.
