On July 18, Gelunhui announced that on July 12, 2024, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange, which contained the guidelines for the resumption of trading of the company's shares ("Resumption Guidelines"):

(i) publish all unannounced financial performance and process any audit revisions;

(ii) demonstrate that the company complies with Listing Rule 13.24; and

(iii) disclose all material information to the market for evaluation by the company's shareholders and other investors.

The company must fulfill all the resumption guidelines, remedy the substantive issues that led to the suspension of trading, and fully comply with the Listing Rules in a manner acceptable to the Stock Exchange before allowing its securities to resume trading. In this regard, the company is primarily responsible for formulating its action plan for resumption. If the company's situation changes, the Stock Exchange may modify or supplement the resumption guidelines.
