Providing original communication services such as VoIP (telephone and internet connection services using high-speed broadband lines) and FMC (service name "Dokodemohon"), internet-related services, ordinary printing and insurance services mainly through Forval Telecom (9445). Supporting enterprise cost reduction and business efficiency improvement through "One Billing Service" where billing is consolidated. Recently, efforts have been made in the power service as well, as the expansion pace of optical fiber services and ISPs have slowed down.
In the fiscal year ending March 2024, the business performance recorded a decrease in revenue by 6.6% year-on-year to JPY 22,683 million, while the segment profit increased by 76.2% year-on-year to JPY 1,014 million, showing that revenue decreased but profit increased. The power service contract is structured to pass on changes in purchase prices, and although the purchase price has declined, the profit has recovered.
5. Comprehensive Environmental Consulting Business Group
Comprehensive Environmental Consulting Business Group is engaged in the design, construction, and sales of solar power systems for residential and industrial use, in addition to smart grid equipment trading (solar power generation systems, all-electric systems, rechargeable batteries, HEMS), and internet-related, regular printing, and insurance services provided by Apple Tree (subsidized in December 2013). Sales have declined due to the effects of the revised FIT law in April 2017 on solar power generation systems, but there are signs of recovery in industrial solar power generation systems for self-generation. They are also actively expanding their environmental products and services such as LED lighting, rechargeable batteries, and residential solar power generation systems, and the transformation of their business structure has stabilized. As for LEDs, they own a factory that provides high-quality LEDs in Japan. In the fiscal year ending March 2024, sales increased by 38.6% year-on-year to JPY 529 million, and the segment profit turned into a profit of JPY 86 million from a loss of JPY 80 million in the previous year, showing continuous good performance.

Former Aitek is good at training information processing technicians and personal information protection professionals, has a strong service provision with e-learning, and Creative Solutions has major telecommunication companies and other clients and has the feature of stable demand. In May 2020, they became a completely owned subsidiary of Forval by acquiring Frog Networks, which specializes in system planning and design. The business performance of both HR education and IT personnel dispatch and system planning and development is proceeding smoothly. In the fiscal year ending March 2024, sales increased by 7.3% year-on-year to JPY 2,211 million, and segment profit increased by 15.3% to JPY 306 million, showing both high growth and profitability.
