Jiangsu Alcha Aluminium Group (002160.SZ) announced that on July 17, 2024, the company held its second interim shareholders' meeting of 2024 and approved the Proposal on Electing Non-Independent Directors, electing Mr. Shi Ying as a director of the seventh board of directors of the company, with a term of office from the date of approval of the shareholders' meeting to the expiration of the term of this board of directors.

In accordance with relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Company's Articles of Association, etc., the seventh board of directors of the company held its fifteenth (interim) meeting on July 17, 2024, and approved the Proposal on Electing Chairman of the Board and the Proposal on Supplementary Election of Strategic Committee members of the seventh board of directors of the Company. All directors unanimously agreed to elect Mr. Shi Ying as the Chairman of the seventh board of directors of the Company and the Chairman of the Strategic Committee of the board of directors, with a term of office from the date of approval of this board of directors to the expiration of the term of the seventh board of directors.
