Land Computer ＜3924＞ promotes corporate management with an emphasis on ESG for the 2030 SDGs goals, and uses the value creation model as an IT partner that continues to create solutions. The seven priority goals of sustainability management are 1) human resource development, 2) climate change response, 3) human rights and diversity, 4) health management, 5) business partners, 6) quality security, and 7) corporate governance. The SDGs that contribute include 10 items: “3 health and welfare for all,” “4 high-quality education for all,” “5 let's achieve gender equality,” “8 job satisfaction and economic growth,” “9 let's build a foundation for industry and technological innovation,” “10 let's eliminate inequalities between people and countries,” “12 responsibility to create,” “13 take concrete measures against climate change,” “16 achieve peace and fairness for all,” and “17 let's achieve goals through partnership.” It's broken. Under corporate management that emphasizes ESG, we contribute to achieving SDGs goals by providing system solutions that support high-quality, safe, and secure social infrastructure by a group of excellent engineers, and aim to create a workplace where each and every employee can work healthily and vividly.
