Lvji Tech (01745) announced that on June 20, 2024, its wholly-owned subsidiary Lvji Tech Group Limited and Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. Dongguan Branch has signed a fixed asset loan contract, where Industrial Bank will grant a loan of 43 million yuan to Lvji Tech for the data acquisition expenses of the online electronic navigation intangible asset project purchased by Lvji Tech and Guangzhou Lvji Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

On the same day, Lvji Digital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a fixed asset loan contract with Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., in which Industrial Bank will grant a loan of 43 million yuan to Lvji Digital for the data acquisition expenses of the intangible asset project of online electronic navigation purchased by Lvji Tech and Lvji Digital.

On June 26, 2024, Lvji Tech, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a RMB working capital loan agreement with China CITIC Bank Corporation Limited Guangzhou Branch. China CITIC Bank will grant a loan of 10 million yuan to Lvji Tech for daily operation turnover. The loan period is 12 months.

On July 16, 2024, Lvji International signed a financing quota agreement with Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd. Guangzhou Branch. Pudong Development Bank will grant a financing quota of 10 million yuan to Lvji International for daily operation turnover.
