(referred to as "Shanghai Maritime Intelligence" or "Contractor") signed a 1250mm special steel strip project EPC general contract with Yunnan Qujing Chenggang Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yunnan Chenggang" or "Owner"). The estimated total contract price is 0.697 billion yuan after tax, and the final contract price is subject to the final settlement amount of the project.
