On July 20th, 2024, TEAR <2485> announced the opening of "Tear-seki" in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture.

"Tear-seki" is a hall operated by franchisee Hokuei Enterprises (headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture), and this is the first outlet in Seki City. Located at the corner of National Route 418 "Aioimachi" Intersection, about an 8-minute walk from Nagaragawa Electric Railway "Sekiterasu Mae Station", it has a family funeral hall that can accommodate about 30 people, as well as Japanese-style and Western-style waiting rooms for relatives. In addition, there is a separate mortuary in the building, allowing for smooth movement from the mortuary to the ceremony. The company believes that this venue can meet the increasing demand for family funerals in recent years.
