According to the announcement released by Ch Demeter Fin (08120), on July 15, 2024, the lessee Hamayaki (HK) Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and the owner's agent Harriman Leasing Limited entered into a lease agreement for the property. The lease term is two years from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2026 (including the first and last day), to operate a restaurant for the Group. The Company's restaurant is located in Hollywood Plaza, 2/F, 288, Diamond Hill, Kowloon.

It is reported that the property is located at Shop No. 288, 2/F, Hollywood Plaza, Diamond Hill, Kowloon.

The announcement stated that the food and beverage business is one of the main business segments of the Group. The Group has been operating the restaurant at the property, and the existing supplemental agreement for the property has expired on April 30, 2024. The Group's management believes that operating the restaurant in the area of the residential shopping mall where the property is located is in line with the Group's business strategy for the food and beverage business segment, and the lease of the property can also save the Group relocation expenses. The leasing terms are determined after fair negotiation by the contracting parties with reference to the current market price of similar properties near the property.
