The final sale price is HKD 4.7 per share, and the net fund-raising amount of the global offering is approximately HKD 0.23 billion. Each lot contains 500 shares, and the expected trading of shares will begin at 9:00 am on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Among them, the public offering in Hong Kong was oversubscribed by 2.49 times, while the international offering was oversubscribed by 1.06 times.
