China Galaxy (06881) announced that, at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 22, 2017, the revised authorization scheme of the board of directors was approved by the shareholders' meeting. Accordingly, the shareholders' meeting authorized the board of directors to issue debt financing instruments with a balance not exceeding 350% of the company's net capital.

The board of directors is pleased to announce that, according to the above-mentioned shareholder authorization, the company has completed the sixth issuance of short-term financing bonds for the year 2024 on July 12, 2024 (the "current financing bonds"). The scale of the current financing bonds issuance is CNY 2 billion, with a face value and issuance price of CNY 100 per unit. The term of the current financing bonds is 91 days, and the final coupon rate is 1.86%. The funds raised from the issuance of the current financing bonds will be used to supplement the company's working capital.
