Sales revenue was 7.12 billion yen, up 2.9% from the same period last year, operating profit was down 6.4% to 2.413 billion yen, pre-tax profit was down 5.7% to 2.405 billion yen, and the quarterly profit attributable to the parent company decreased by 4.8%, reaching 1.748 billion yen.

The sales revenue of the invoice and document management solution was 4.687 billion yen, up 6.9% from the same period last year. "SVF," a software and service that designs and operates billing documents such as invoices and delivery slips, continued to be invested in core systems, mainly big companies and government agencies, and licenses/services increased by 9.7% compared to the same period last year. Maintenance grew by 2.3% due to stable performance. The cloud service incorporated invoice demand from external cloud services, resulting in a strong increase of 23.0%. As a result, sales revenue increased by 7.5% to 4.098 billion yen. Due to the high demand, licenses/services for "Dr.Sum" increased by 11.1%, and maintenance continued to be solid with a 2.8% increase. Cloud services for "Dr.Sum" increased significantly by 58.9% due to strong sales to large enterprises. As a result, sales revenue increased by 10.4% to 0.893 billion yen. Licenses/services for "MotionBoard" decreased by 54.3% due to the recoil of large projects in the previous year, but maintenance continued to be solid with a 9.0% increase due to the smooth acquisition of contracts in the previous year. Cloud services increased significantly by 14.8% due to the steady accumulation of contract numbers. As a result, sales revenue decreased by 15.5% to 0.949 billion yen.

For the full year of the 2025 February term, the company maintained its initial plan, which predicts sales revenue of 27.6 billion yen, a 7.2% increase from the previous year, operating profit of 8 billion yen, a 9.5% increase, EBITDA of 9.47 billion yen, a 10.1% increase, and a quarterly profit attributable to the parent company of 5.8 billion yen, a 7.2% increase from the previous year.
