1. Collaboration with TOPPAN in the Web3 area for NFT utilization

On May 20, 2024, we started a service for distributing NFTs in card format using NFC tag functionality for TOPPAN's clients who collaborate on NFT utilization. This allows users who do not own a Web3 wallet to be granted NFTs by simply holding up their NFT card to their smart phone.

2. Entry into the South Korean market through collaboration with a South Korean Web3 company

On February 29, 2024, we began expanding into the South Korean gaming market, with an estimated scale of approximately 2.2 trillion yen, through a business partnership with SevenlineLabs, a Web3 company in South Korea (Seoul). The partnership includes 1) marketing support for Kaikacoin in Korea, 2) new business development support for companies introducing Kaikacoin payment systems, 3) support for the listing of Kaikacoin on South Korean exchanges, and 4) introduction of powerful game companies selected by SevenlineLabs to "Zaif INO". There is a strong focus on NFT exhibition support for powerful games and the attraction of South Korean investors to "Zaif INO".

3. Strengthening of capital business partnership with FISCO <3807>

On March 7, 2024, we acquired an additional 5,000,000 shares (total acquisition cost of 590 million yen) of FISCO <3807>. The number of shares held after the acquisition is 5,994,500 (holding ratio is 13.09%). The aims include capital gains through long-term value co-creation, such as the discovery and sales promotion of NFTs handled by Zaif INO using FISCO's network (including approximately 460 corporate contract partners) and the introduction of M&A cases, as well as the joint development of interactive screening using generated AI for investment information held by FISCO.
