7月11日，贝壳-W港股开盘后迅速上涨4.98%，最新报价为41.1港元/股。

消息面上，据财通证券统计，第27周30大中城市商品房成交面积333万平米，环比增长21.2%，同比增长31.9%。细分城市能级来看，30大中城市中，一线城市商品房成交面积90万平米，环比增长12.0%，同比增长32.7%。财通证券认为，在政策的持续支持下，销售会逐步修复，尤其是高能级城市将率先修复。
