1. Creating synergy by integrating functions

By consolidating the corporate division and the planning and advanced R&D-related divisions of each business unit, we aim to strengthen development functions and create synergy between businesses, and aim for sustainable growth. Laboratories for each business will be gathered on one floor, and large spaces for creating communication will be prepared on each floor, creating active exchanges that transcend departmental boundaries.

2. Flexible support for diverse work styles

The building has been devised so that it can accommodate a variety of ways of working. It is possible to work outside of a desk, such as on the grand staircase, dining room, or outdoor terrace. Based on the concept of activity based working (ABW), each employee can autonomously choose where to work in order to achieve the highest performance for work.

3. Realizing environmentally friendly office buildings

By adopting an exterior design with excellent solar shielding effects, necessary air conditioning energy is suppressed, and the structure also has functions to introduce natural light into the room and promote natural ventilation. Combined with the introduction of a variable air volume system according to office operating conditions, etc., significant energy savings were achieved throughout the building, and obtained “ZEB Ready*1” certification and 6 stars, which is the highest rank in the building energy saving performance labeling system “BELS*2.” In addition to reducing energy usage, we have realized an environmentally friendly office building by combining energy generation from solar power generation.
