China Uptown (02330) announced that on July 8, 2024 (Monday) at four o'clock in the afternoon, it will accept provisional allotment of shares under the rights issue, payment for the subscription shares and application for additional shares, and that 4 valid acceptances and applications were received, involving a total of 10.9504 million shares of subscription, including 2 valid acceptances under the provisional allotment notice and involving 8.3476 million shares of subscription, and 2 valid applications made on the additional application form, involving 2.6028 million shares of subscription, equivalent to approximately 1.8% of the total 0.611 billion shares of subscription shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

Based on the total of 10.9504 million shares of subscription shares (regardless of whether they are obtained through valid acceptances of the provisional allotment notice or through valid applications on the additional application form) under the rights issue, the total amount of one-time proceeds raised by the company through the exercise of the rights is HKD 1.6426 million.
