In the hotel business, domestic lodging demand during the spring break season in March exceeded expectations, and inbound consumption, which continues to expand against the backdrop of rapid depreciation of the yen, led the entire tourism industry, resulting in steady occupancy rates and room rates for each facility since April. As for future lodging demand, assuming that the performance after the second quarter will follow the performance forecast at the beginning of the term, as the current status is uncertain.
