Background of this case

The Unicharm Group operates in over 80 countries/regions, and sales outside of Japan account for 66.5% (results for the fiscal year ending 2023/12), and its activities are spreading around the world. Also, out of approximately 16,000 group employees, diversification is progressing, with employees working in countries/regions other than Japan accounting for about 80%. Based on this reality, we have decided to launch a new corporate brand essence “Love Your Belongings” starting this year, 2024. “Love Your Desire” incorporates the desire to contribute to the realization of a “symbiotic society” where we support each other by believing in the limitless possibilities that all people have, and by demonstrating that possibility with a heart full of charity and altruism.

In order to convey this new corporate brand essence “Love Your Belongings” to more people, we have now decided to revamp the design of outdoor advertisements, etc. Note that actual changeovers etc. are scheduled to be carried out sequentially from 2024/7.

We will continue to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and aim for medium- to long-term business growth by contributing to the resolution of environmental and social issues through our business activities.
