洪九果品获控股股东邓洪九质押2112万股内资股

洪九果品（06689）发布公告，公司已获悉，公司控股股东、董事长兼执行董事邓洪九先生已于2024年7月8日质押公司2112万股内资股，相当于邓先生在公司直接持股总数的约5.59%，予兴业银行股份有限公司重庆分行（贷款人）作为贷款人向公司提供3笔总额为人民币1.59亿元的贷款融资的质押。于本公告日期，邓先生累计质押的公司内资股总数占公司已发行股份总数约12.57%。
