Jingang Solar (300093.SZ) issued an announcement stating that on July 8th, 2024, the company received the "Decision" ((2024) Gan09 Po Shen 1, (2024) Gan09 Po Shen 1-1) served by the Intermediate People's Court of Jiuquan City. The company's creditor, Guangzhou Kuangshi Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Guangzhou Kuangshi"), applied to the court for the company's restructuring and initiated a pre-restructuring procedure on the grounds that the company was unable to repay the maturing debt and obviously lacked the ability to do so but had restructuring value.

In order to effectively identify the value of restructuring and feasibility, reduce the cost of restructuring, and improve the success rate of restructuring, the Jiuquan Intermediate People's Court decided to initiate a pre-restructuring procedure for the company, and appointed the liquidation team of Gansu Jingang Solar Co., Ltd. established by the Jiuquan Municipal People's Government as the temporary administrator during the pre-restructuring period of the company. Zhang Hongjun is the person in charge of the temporary administrator.
