湘邮科技将于7月24日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界7月5日消息，湘邮科技发布公告，将于2024年7月24日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月17日，当日收市后持有湘邮科技股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市丰台区南三环东路25号湘邮科技北京分公司第四会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《公司关于增加应收账款保理融资方式暨关联交易的议案》

2、《公司关于授权择机出售股票资产的议案》。
