(“Tianheng Suntech”) and related parties Langfang Jingyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (“Langfang Jingyu”), Jingyang County Yuding Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (“Jingyang Yuding” for short) “Target Company”) signed “About Jingyang Peacock” The “Agreement on Termination of Cooperation and Equity Transfer for the Phase 1.0 Land Project” stipulates that Peacock City in Langfang City will take over 49% of the total shares of Jingyang Yuding (“target shares”) held by Zechuan Dinglong and Tianheng Suntech. The transaction price is RMB 55.86 million. After the transaction was completed, the company's subsidiary company Langfang Jingyu and Langfang Peacock City held a total of 100% shares in Jingyang Yuding. Up to now, the Jingyang Yuding development project has been delivered, and the remaining work is still in progress.

After the transaction is completed, Jingyang Yuding will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, which will help the company to better coordinate resources to complete construction projects.
