Mr. Jiang Yang resigned as a member of the 10th board of directors, chairman of the board of directors, member of the board of directors' strategic committee and company general manager due to personal reasons; Mr. Zhu Sangao resigned as the company's chief financial officer due to work adjustment. According to relevant regulations such as the Company Law and the Company Bylaws, the above resignation reports shall become effective from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
