On July 5th, Gelunhui reported that China Fortune Land Development (600340.SH) announced that in order to effectively revitalize the company's assets, further integrate resources, and achieve fund recovery, the company's subordinate companies Langfang Jingyu and Renqiu Dingxing plan to sign a "Transfer Agreement" with Xiong Jian Construction and Renqiu Kongquecheng. As part of a package transaction arrangement, the Transfer Agreement stipulates that Xiong Jian Construction will acquire Renqiu Kongquecheng's 100% equity held by Langfang Jingyu, and enjoy all the shareholder rights of the target company, while undertaking the due to the capital collection that Langfang Jingyu owes Renqiu Kongquecheng. The RMB 1.546 billion in payment items; Xiong Jian Construction will acquire the assets of the Renqiu City Urban Planning Exhibition Hall owned by Renqiu Dingxing. Xiong Jian Construction shall pay a net transaction price of RMB 0.045 billion for the equity of the target company and the assets of the target under this Agreement and the undertaking of liabilities, and the transfer price of the above-mentioned shares and assets will be used for the company's "protect delivery building" and operational development needs.
