According to the announcement by Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology (002415.SZ) on the Smart Industry Equity Investment Fund Enterprise (Limited Partnership) ("Hikvision Smart Fund"), Hangzhou Gaoxin Venture Capital Co., Ltd. ("Hangzhou Gaoxin Venture Capital") as a limited partner of the Hikvision Smart Fund intends to withdraw from the fund through a reduction of capital. With a total investment amount of RMB 0.2 billion, Hangzhou Gaoxin Venture Capital represents a 20% contribution to the fund. The reduction of capital will be conducted in two stages: RMB 0.123 billion for the first and RMB 0.077 billion for the second.

This partial withdrawal of the contributor of the Hikvision Smart Fund will not affect the financial condition or operating results of the company as a limited partner. There is no situation that damages the interests of the company shareholders. Moreover, the withdrawal of some partners will not have substantial impact on the operation of the Hikvision Smart Fund or its future operation.
