Fusion China (01918.HK) announced that in June this year, the Group achieved contract sales of approximately RMB 1.56 billion, down 77.78% year-on-year, with a contract sales area of about 0.113 million square meters, with an average contract sales price of about $13,810 per square meter.

In the first half of this year, the Group's total realized contract sales amounted to approximately $26.28 billion, a decrease of 49.6% year-on-year, with a cumulative contract sales area of approximately 1.393 million square meters and an average contract sales price of approximately $18,870 per square meter.
