慧辰股份将于7月22日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界7月5日消息，慧辰股份发布公告，将于2024年7月22日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月16日，当日收市后持有慧辰股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：北京市朝阳区酒仙桥北路甲10号院102号楼6层公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于补选独立董事的议案

2、关于修订《公司章程》的议案。
