According to domestic media reports, Suzhou Mobike Technology Co., Ltd., which is wholly-owned by Xigua Limited, an affiliate of Meituan-W (03690.HK), was established recently. Sun Keqing is the legal representative, and the registered capital is 30 million US dollars.
The new company's operations include shared bicycle services, electric bicycle sales, research and development of smart robots, research and development of internet of things technology, basic software development of artificial intelligence, network and information security software development, information technology consulting services, internet of things application services, and information consulting services.
